Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance in IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, engineering, and software architecture design.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans for SaaS products.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in software development, security, and DevOps.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide recommendations to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to continually enhance our technical capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3-4 Years) working as a Solution Architect or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of IT architecture principles, cloud technologies, and software development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent are a plus.
